Join our NextGen weekend retreat design to equip, encourage, and train those specializing in youth ministry!
The retreat is intended to pour into and equip youth leaders and will include intentional times of worship community, and conversation with other youth leaders. Workshop topics include developing small group ministries, games in student ministry, worship services, administration, self care, building a volunteer team, planning big events.
Location: Lakeview Methodist Conference Center
Who: Part-time, full-time, volunteers, summer interns, and prospective youth workers
