Director of Youth and Outreach Coordinator

Church: Christ the King Methodist Church - Huntsville, TX

 We are seeking an individual to create and guide spiritual programs for youth in 7th-12th grades. This individual will work with other staff to create, coordinate, implement, and market community outreach events.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

· A college degree is preferred but work experience can be substituted.

· Must live an active, authentic, and well-grounded Christian faith and be familiar with Wesleyan theology

· Knowledge of the Bible

· Prefer 4 years of experience working with youth (preferably in a ministry setting) and have the relationship and leadership skills necessary to work effectively with youth and their parents/guardians 

· Knowledge and experience with the technology and programs necessary to manage and maintain websites and social media

· Confident, self-motivated, and can take initiative to create opportunities to grow the youth ministry and church outreach programs
