Director of Family Ministries

Church: Mont Belvieu Methodist Church, Mont Belvieu, TX

Job Description:  We are looking for a full-time Director of Family Ministries who is passionate about reaching children, youth, and their families for Jesus. Candidates possess the ability to communicate biblical truths to children, youth, and adults by teaching and example. They should be interested in primarily working with children but also overseeing our youth ministry, while working to engage young families in their walk with Christ. They should have experience developing effective programs that engage and disciple the next generation and their families to live out their faith. Strong relational skills and the ability to cast vision, plan, and implement ministries are essential. Candidates should also be able to relate well to parents, other church ministries and work together with other staff members.
