Job Description: Rosenberg First exists to Love Jesus, Connect with Others, Serve the World, and Reach the Lost. The Director of Worship will live into this mission by engaging worshippers, creating opportunities for the praise band to grow together, developing praise band and A/V volunteers in worship, and designing worship so that new, non-religious, and nominally committed people are invited to take their next steps in faith.
